These Terms & Conditions apply to use of this website and direct online orders, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
UPLUX offers grow lighting and related products. Use the relevant product page to review the item, available specifications, included components and price. Contact us before ordering if a specification or compatibility detail is important to your intended use and is not clear.
Products are subject to availability. Product information, stock and prices may be updated. We may correct genuine errors, but changes do not remove rights relating to orders already placed. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to explain it and discuss the available options rather than substitute an item or apply an additional charge without your agreement.
Website prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Review the order total and any separately displayed delivery charges or taxes before placing an order. Destination import duties, customs charges and local taxes are handled as described in the Shipping Policy; they are the recipient’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details, and check the items and quantities before placing your order. You must be authorised to use the payment method selected. Available payment methods are those actually offered for the transaction; this page does not promise any particular payment provider or method.
Orders are subject to availability, successful payment where required, and confirmation of any special shipping arrangements. An automated receipt acknowledges submission of the order. If we cannot fulfil an order, or need clarification about payment, availability or delivery, we will contact you using the details provided. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the amount collected for the cancelled items will be refunded, subject to applicable law.
For a change or cancellation request, contact us promptly. We cannot promise that an order already being dispatched can be stopped. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for the applicable process.
Free international shipping applies to eligible direct online orders, subject to the conditions in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Large, pallet, remote-destination or unusual shipments may need separate confirmation.
Return eligibility, the request window, damaged or incorrect items and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy. That policy is not replaced by these terms.
Large growers, retailers, resellers and distributors may use Commercial Inquiries for orders requiring individual arrangements. Any separately agreed written commercial terms apply to the matters they expressly cover.
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit misleading information, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, or misuse other people’s information. Keep any account credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
